Downloading All of the Files
If you want to download all of the files, we suggest you create a new directory, such as c:\da , and copy the files there. If you wanted to make and use this directory, you would type...
mkdir c:\da cd c:\da
To copy all of the files, type
net from http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/examples/ net get da
Using Individual Files
If you prefer, you can simply use any of the files individually over the internet. Suppose you wanted to use the chap10.dta file. You would type
use http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/examples/da/chap10
