Calculate DFBETAs after logit or logistic

ldfbeta [indepvar [indepvar [...]]] 
ldfbeta is for use after logit or logistic; see help logit@. 

Description 
----------- 
ldfbeta will calculate one, more than one, or all the DFBETAs after logit. 
The names for the new variables created are chosen automatically and 
begin with the letters DF.
