This page contains the data files for the book Regression with Graphics- A Second Course in Applied Statistics. We are very grateful to Professor Hamilton for granting us permission to distribute the data from his book at our web site. If you should write about or otherwise use any of these data files, please credit Professor Hamilton and the original researchers.
The table below shows the name of the file, with a hotlink to a SAS data step that you can copy and paste into the SAS program editor, and a hotlink to codebook information for the data file. The codebook information was generated using the Stata codebook command using the Stata version of the data. Some of the information may be slightly different, namely 1. Spaces were removed from character variables (to make them easier to read), 2. Some categorical variables were stored as numbers in Stata with character labels, whereas in the SAS data step they were stored as character variables.
