Yes, you can download a Free Training Version of MLwiN which gives you a sense of the functionality of MLwiN and helps you see how it works. 

I am a UCLA researcher and would use MLwiN in my research, how can I obtain it?

MLwiN was purchased under a site license by UCLA Academic Technology Services providing us with 50 licenses.  If you are a UCLA researcher who would use this software for your research, then contact Statistical Consulting to inquire about obtaining a copy of MLwiN.

How do I get started learning and using MLwiN?

We encourage you to use the MLwiN user manual to get acquainted with MLwiN, and refer you to our MLwiN web page with more tips. For further questions, we welcome members of the UCLA community to come to Statistical Consulting to ask questions about MLwiN.
