Under general supervision of Academic Technology Services’ (ATS) manager of High Performance Computing Systems and Networking, serve as technical expert supporting High Performance Computing (HPC) and other server environments. This includes clusters, multiple CPU systems, Virtual clusters (VMWare) and storage facilities running operating systems including, but not limited to: Linux, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows Server. Evaluate, install, configure, maintain, and support complex operating systems, hardware and system level applications such as batch-job queuing systems, parallel tools, LAMP servers and other software.
Salary:
$54,240- $97,680
