How to Run gnuplot Interactively

To Run gnuplot Interactively from the UCLA Grid Portal

To run gnuplot interactively from the UCLA Grid Portal click on the Interactive tab. If you have access to a cluster that has gnuplot installed, you will see either gnuplot or qgfe listed under the cluster's name. Set your web browser to allow pop-up windows from the grid portal. Click on gnuplot or qgfe under the name of the cluster. A pop-up window will appear with the gnuplot GUI inside of it.

To Run gnuplot Interactively from a Cluster Interactive Node

To run gnuplot interactively you must first connect to the cluster login node with X11 forwarding enabled. Then use qrsh to obtain an interactive session. Enter:
