Support Levels on ATS-Hosted Clusters

The following support levels have been established for software installed by ATS staff on ATS-hosted clusters:

Supported
Full support is provided for licensed commercial software for which a maintenance agreement has been purchased. ATS will instal an updated version of the software on those clusters on which it is licensed in a timely manner after receiving the updated version from the vendor.
No Support
ATS does not provide support for software that is released under any of the public use licenses, either free to academic users or shareware. Software that is installed at a user's request is also not supported by ATS. Software that is not supported by ATS is intended to be used as is. ATS will only install updated versions of software which is not supported upon request and as time permits.
